Welcome to "Alabama Writer," the homepage of the late Bailey Thomson. Thomson, a journalism professor at the University of Alabama, was known throughout the field as a gifted and award-winning editorial writer. During his career, he tackled subjects such as constitutional reform, the environment and rural communities with the best interest of the people at heart. It was on this site that Thomson kept a collection of his work, consisting of both professional and personal writings, videos and images. This site is meant to serve as a reference and rememberance to Thomson, for though he's gone, his work will continue to live on. |
